o We knew the owner of this property who came to us because he wanted to unload it quickly and easily. By not using real estate agents realtors, we were able to save the seller about 6% in commissions as well.  We bought this directly from the owner’s son, who approached us about selling after his father’s unfortunate passing. While his sister wanted to cash out, he wanted to stay part of the project, so he  The current property was only 500sf so we completely scraped it and built a beautiful, custom, modern, 4,300sf home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and surround sound automation.

o This was a pocket deal through our Realtor’s friend, who had owned it as a rental for years. It was very small and the place was outdated. It really needed to be fully developed as it was barely useable as-is. It sat in a beautiful, quiet, residential neighborhood with one of the best middle schools in the city. As a result, we designed it to have enough living space for large families, which was reflective of the other homes in the neighborhood.
