This is one of two identical units purchased off-market from a private seller who didn’t want to deal with unruly tenants anymore.
Both were renovated very similarly at the same time with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and finishes. This unit was on the top floor of the building so it sold a little quicker than the comparable unit.
With a unit of this size, it was important for us to ensure the place was well lit and brightened up with the right finishes. The white cabinets and light colors gave the home a lighter feel and the old carpet and tile were replaced with beautiful engineered hardwood floors.
