- Initially, this condo was a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit. The lanai had already been opened up and converted into living space by one of the past owners, making the living room extra large spanning the length of the entire unit. We took that huge space and made the unit a 2 bedroom to increase our value and updated the rest of the unit with only a few thousand dollars. It proved successful with an offer only a few weeks later.
