This condo unit sat in an exceptional neighborhood that was experiencing new builds on every block. While the building was mostly rentals at the time, it was slowly turning over both with updates and residential demographics. We knew the area and knew the building could support updated homes and therefore updated values, as we had renovated a few others in the building as well.
The strategy was to open the space and brighten the place up, which was accomplished by removing the kitchen wall and adding more lighting. Beautiful soft-close shaker cabinets with granite, custom backsplash, and stainless appliances added to the modern updates. Updated bathrooms, new fixtures, fresh flooring, and paint rounded out the renovation.
