This old home was improperly split as a duplex decades earlier. It was barely salvageable but sat in a beautiful historic neighborhood of San Antonio near the space needle and river walk.
Due to its condition, the interior had to be completely gutted. The foundation was addressed and then re-converted back to a single-family. The original high ceilings and new layout give the home a refreshing open feel.
