Cash Purchase Only

Uninhabitable Foreclosure

This home was our first flip ever. It was a bank-owned foreclosure. No kitchen meant it was uninhabitable and therefore uninsurable, so it could only be purchased cash.

By removing just half a wall, we were able to give this 1,200sf home an open feel. Construction consisted of cosmetic updates throughout, expanding the kitchen by moving back one wall, and creating a master suite with a full bathroom. A new sewer line, exterior paint, some outside clean-up, and it was ready to be sold.

We finished the renovation in about 4 weeks and 4 weeks later it was sold!
