We saved this property from foreclosure as the owners had defaulted on their loan and were struggling to pay their bills. We were able to purchase the home and it was a win-win for all parties. The transaction was mutually beneficial, as are many of our real estate investments.
A benefit to properties such as this one in California is that they sit on a concrete slab, so there aren’t any basements to deal with. As a result, the rehabs are quick and easy.
Ultimately, it needed a full cosmetic rehab. Construction included brand new flooring throughout and fresh interior paint; the kitchen was fully updated and the bathrooms were completely finished as well.
