Construction consisted of updating the entire house as well as finishing the full basement. One of the main changes was to remove the wall that separated the kitchen and living room to give the main area a much better flow. The rest of the home was updated, the original floors were finished, and we added a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and more living space in the basement.
The buyer was a well-deserving Veteran who walked by the home every day as it was being renovated. She shared that her son, whom she adopted from her sister, loved the home and was so grateful that they could live there.
