Abandoned Victorian

Once a Rental But Vacant For Years

This foreclosed Victorian was located in an up-and-coming neighborhood but was used as a rental at one time.

The flooring was crooked and unstable, the walls were leaning, and the basement was nothing but a dirt floor. Construction included gutting the entire property to create a new layout with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but also keeping the pitched ceilings and architecture design of a Victorian home. New wood floors were added on the main level, as well as a full kitchen with granite countertops. The dirt basement was finished to add an office and more living space.

This renovation was one of the first in the area. Since then, every single block has been updated in this urban neighborhood.
