We purchased this property for about $115,000 less than the list price. The seller had inherited the property and had no intent of keeping it so it was a quick sale and easy negotiations.
By simply moving one kitchen wall, we were able to create an an open floor plan and the rest was mostly cosmetic. The interior colors were awful and everything was outdated, so the home needed a full interior rehab. Original features like the wood floors, fireplace & surround, and large windows were highlighted. The best part of this house was the relaxing front porch.
